What is the cancellation procedure?

Members must fill out a cancellation form 30 days prior to their desired cancellation date and submit it to telecom@chf.bc.ca.

If members cancel within their first year, they are responsible for paying the remaining balance of the contract. After the initial one-year term, the contract is renewed every three months, and the member will still need to pay off the remainder of the term once they cancel.
